Our summer Speed & Agility Class is designed to help athletes build the foundation for elite movement and long-term athletic success.
Athletes will focus on developing linear speed, explosiveness, and reaction ability, while learning how to move more efficiently in all directions. Through structured drills and competitive games, we will teach proper cutting mechanics and change-of-direction skills to help athletes become more efficient, controlled, and confident in game-speed movement on the field or court.
In addition, athletes will be introduced to the foundational movements of weightlifting, emphasizing proper technique, body control, and injury mitigation. The goal is to move with purpose, intent, and precision.
This program is built to meet athletes where they are, while challenging them to grow and adapt. Every session is designed to develop better movers, better competitors, and more confident athletes.

We believe in the principle of keeping things simple: tackling mastering the fundamentals. These skills, combined with proper movement and speed mechanics, help create players who make a difference on the field. In a game that's decided by single moments, having a leg up on your competition will make all the difference.

Acceleration and Sprinting: Drills to improve start speed and short sprints, helping players quickly close in on the ball or opponents.

Agility Ladder Drills: Focuses on quick footwork, coordination, and balance, essential for navigating tight spaces on the field.

Change of Direction: Teaches how to pivot and switch directions efficiently, crucial for dodging defenders.
​
Reaction Time: Exercises to improve reaction to visual or verbal cues, enhancing players' response times in unpredictable situations.

Plyometric Drills: Builds explosive power and jump height for better headers, tackles, and aerial control.
Dribbling Control: Techniques for close control dribbling, using both feet to maneuver in tight spaces.
First Touch: Drills that focus on trapping and controlling the ball on first contact, setting up the next play smoothly.

Passing Accuracy: Exercises aimed at improving precision in short and long passes with both feet.

Shooting Techniques: Focuses on body positioning, foot placement, and follow-through for more accurate and powerful shots.

1v1 Attacking and Defending: Teaches how to face off against an opponent with control and strategy, whether trying to get past them or defend.
Spatial Awareness: Activities that improve awareness of surroundings, teammates, and opponents.

Endurance Drills: Builds stamina to keep up speed and agility through an entire match.

Small-Sided Games: Allows players to practice skills in realistic, game-like scenarios where they can apply speed, dribbling, and passing under pressure.
